Children use it for free drawing, colouring, nature sketches and project work, and the paper and cover are made with 75% recovered paper fibres. Typical Use
The plain 110 GSM pages take pencil, crayon and colour pencil well, so the book serves as a personal sketchbook for art periods, a place to draw labelled diagrams of plants and animals, or a record of observations during a science fair project. Because the sheets are glued only along the top edge, a finished drawing can be removed neatly for display on the classroom wall or for a portfolio without tearing the rest of the pad.
The compact A5 size fits easily in a school bag and on a shared desk. Ask pupils to write their name on the cover and date each drawing so progress can be reviewed over the term, and store packs in their shrink wrap until they are issued to keep the paper flat and clean.
